It is important to children’s learning, that they can keep motivation and focus. This can sadly be spoiled by bad seating conditions. With the unique design of OktaviaChair, ergonomic and correct seating position can be achieved by children of all ages. This is possible because of the slight forward angle of the seat, which helps prevent and alleviate back injury. With correct posture and both legs on the ground, the back is automatically straightened and the user has full range of movement. OktaviaChair is designed to be non intrusive to the user, free of armrest, backrest, wheels or other restrictions.

The idea behind OktaviaChair
When children is taught an instrument, they are often times doing it on chair that are not designed for that purpose. It is oftentimes chairs designed for adults and not designed for musicians. This results in the children having a bad seated posture. A wrong posture means that breathing is laboured, and tensions develop in the neck and back, which reduces concentration.
